FEES:

• Check out is at 11:00a.m. There is a $35.00 late check out fee per hour, a $50.00 lost key fee and a $35 fee for trash and/or dirty dishes left in the condo or if the linens are not stripped off the beds and put in a pillowcase with the used towels.
• There is a $15 check in fee that needs to be paid to the front desk.
• There will be a $100 fee charged for smoking in the condo.

Condo Reservation and Cancellation Policy

NO REFUNDS ISSUED

• In order to make a reservation, and your condo be held for you please be aware that there is a $100.00 Non-refundable deposit, and your total bill needs to be paid 10 days prior to your check in date.  This deposit will be deducted from the total amount due when payment is collected in full.  Example if you owe $400.00, and you have paid your $100.00 deposit then the remainder amount of $300.00 is due 10 days before you check in.
• At the time that you make your reservation you will be given directions to the condo that you will be staying in and the code to your lockbox.
• The condo’s sleep up to six people, if there is more than six people, they will be asked to leave, and all funds are non-refundable.
• There is no daily housekeeping.  4 towels are provided, if you think that you will need more, please bring extra for your stay.  No extra towels or extra toilet paper are provided.
• All cancellations need to be made 72 hours in advance.  
• Only if there is a mandatory evacuation will there be a full refund otherwise no refund is issued.
• 30 day renters need to provide at least a weeks notice if leaving earlier than originally discussed.
  
• If you have any problems or concerns with your stay, please contact Elaine Roser as soon as the problem arises so that it can be corrected. NO REFUNDS ISSUED
